## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责以下工作中的若干个方向；
- 负责游戏性能优化和底层Bug、Crash等疑难问题；
- 负责渲染管线的优化和定制开发，并且推动落地；
- 负责版本构建、更新以及相关流程工具的建设；
- 负责建立性能监控体系，分析工具和相关流程建设；
- 对前沿技术进行预研，评估技术方案的可行性以及落地实现。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，3年以上基于UE引擎的开发和维护经验，深刻理解现代游戏架构和制作流程；
- 熟练掌握C++，了解常用脚本(Python/TypeScript)的基本原理和用法，善于使用CodeBuddy/Cursor等现代AI编程工具；
- 对3D渲染/性能优化/内存优化/资源管理/版本构建/AgenticAI 中的一到多项有深刻理解；
- 关注行业技术发展，具备良好的沟通和学习能力，善于基于数据分析问题、解决问题，能够针对游戏特点提出优化方案；
- 积极响应和处理项目研发流程中的各种问题,开发自定义工具和插件，提升团队工作效率；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力、责任心强，对游戏前沿技术有热情。
