## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入团队业务，协助产研团队高效达成业务目标；
- 负责重点项目的流程管控，制定并推动流程落地、持续改进；
- 针对团队协作优化、效率提升，协同各部门、各角色，保证项目过程和结果的按质按量持续交付；
- 持续发现和分析团队、业务、项目中的共性问题，进行风险管理以及改进措施的落地。 Requirements
- 计算机、通讯、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网项目管理经验，有AI类项目管理经验更佳；
- 精通项目过程管理，能够及时跟进项目进度、管理项目风险，发现问题并驱动相关资源快速跟进解决;有大型项目管理经验和技术研发经验优先；
- 具备结果导向思维，有效推动各部门间项目开展，确保项目按期落地；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力、快速学习能力和出色的团队合作精神，具备一定的产品技术洞察力。
