## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《三角洲行动》在国内Wegame和网吧等PC渠道的发行和运营工作；
- 在游戏不同阶段，结合不同渠道特点，定制不同运营策略并推进落地，并进行数据效果分析和回收，拉动PC用户增长；
- 负责PC渠道线上和线下的推广，包括但不限定于PC网吧销售和运营，为网吧数据增长负责；
- 跟进行业动态、平台特性和竞品表现，了解平台流量和获客方式，熟悉平台能力，并能基于项目特性，主动挖掘新的流量和获客能力。 Requirements
- 两年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，对国内各PC主流渠道（Wegame、网吧等）有深入的理解，对市场和流量推广有敏锐的嗅觉；
- 在素材制作、投放提效、活动设计推广、能力合作等渠道基础事项上有扎实的基本功；
- 对游戏行业有热情，热爱FPS游戏，深入玩过至少一款FPS游戏；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和文档撰写能力，熟悉AI 工具能力建设和应用；
- 工作认真负责，学习能力强，沟通界面良好，合作意识强，有一定的抗压能力。
