## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面了解全球PC游戏市场，针对游戏的核心卖点制定有效的整合推广策略；
- 根据推广需求、目标及市场特点，策划海外各类型创意事件，协同海外PR、网红、社群确保创意方案的成功落地；
- 跟进创意平面、视频类素材，并制定传播方案，实现传播目标；
- 通过市场调研、用户访谈等途径，为发行/研发团队提供有力支持；
- 深入研究各区域的各类推广形式，客观数据分析转化效果。 Requirements 1.2年以上游戏运营推广相关经验，有成熟PC游戏发行经验，具备1年及以上海外营销经验者优先； 2.热衷游戏，尤其是射击游戏，具备丰富的PC、主机游戏经验，对Steam、Epic等平台熟悉； 3.具备出色的创意策划能力，有成功推广案例者优先； 4.熟悉全球/分区游戏市场，具备良好的英语读写能力，有小语种能力更优。
