### 产品分析
- 分析游戏数据，挖掘玩家需求，优化游戏体验，推动游戏内容迭代和玩法创新；

### 市场敏锐关注
- 熟悉当然市场热点，对于乐趣性玩法开发有经验积累和创意想法；

### 跨界资源整合
- 拓展并维护合作伙伴，策划IP联动活动，放大品牌影响力与破圈效应；
- 内外部跨团队协同，保障IP衍生项目从策划到落地的高效推进。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1~3年游戏产品运营经验，熟悉衍生品全流程开发及IP授权商业运作模式者优先；
- 喜欢微恐题材作品，对游戏IP世界观、角色、核心符号有清晰认知，能精准把握IP衍生创作调性；
- 具备扎实的营销宣发创意与实操能力，可独立策划衍生业务推广方案，有成功的衍生营销案例者优先；
- 拥有良好的审美能力与内容把控力，能对衍生品设计、衍生内容创作进行基本指导，确保与IP风格高度契合；
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通协作与资源整合能力，擅长对接内外部多部门合作方，推动项目高效落地；
- 热爱游戏及行业，执行力佳，学习快、适应强，自驱力高、责任心强，抗压且敢创新。
