## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目整体动画风格制定及演出质量把控；
- 统筹角色动作、剧情演出及战斗表现设计；
- 协同策划、美术、特效及程序团队推进动画内容落地；
- 指导动画团队成长，持续优化动画制作流程与品质标准。 Requirements
- 动画相关专业毕业，5年以上游戏动画制作经验；
- 具备完整项目动画导演或核心动画统筹经验；
- 具备优秀的动作设计、镜头节奏及演出把控能力；
- 热爱游戏，对战斗演出及角色表现有深入理解；
- 具备良好的团队管理、沟通协作及项目推动能力。
