## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助产品经理或独立负责产品版本的规划工作，制定月度、季度版本发布计划，明确版本目标与核心玩法/功能；
- 协调内外部资源（开发、美术、测试、运维、市场），处理版本开发过程中的阻塞问题，推动项目进展；
- 负责版本相关的配置管理、资源整合、内外部包体管理及对外发布的提审工作（如各大应用商店/渠道包更新）；
- 对新版本内容进行功能验收、玩法体验测试，从用户视角提出优化建议，确保版本内容符合预期标准；
- 协调公司内各中台团队，完成产品的组件及平台接入，运营工具后台搭建。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，热爱游戏行业，对act品类有一定了解；
- 具备3年以上游戏运营经验，熟悉游戏运营流程和方法论；
- 具备优秀的产品运营思维和数据敏感度，能够基于数据及时调整策略；
- 出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在高压环境下保持冷静和高效。
