## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责全品类外观资源（时装、皮肤、武器、特效、载具等）生产管线的搭建与持续优化；
- 主导外观资源配置表结构与规则设计，建立统一的制作与验收标准，系统性减少错配与返工；
- 制定外观资源的优化规范（如部件拆分、体型优化、资源性能优化），平衡视觉表现与运行性能；
- 对制作各环节的需求合理性与潜在问题进行专业判断与把关，对外观资源的交付质量负责；
- 推动配置提效与管线工具建设，结合 AI 等新技术手段持续提升外观产能与交付稳定性；
- 与商业化、系统及美术多团队协作，优化资源等级规范，确保整体管线稳定运转与资源如期交付；
- 承担外观资源小组的搭建与管理工作。 Requirements 1.5 年以上游戏行业资源策划、外观资源管线、美协等相关领域工作经验； 2.深刻理解 3D 游戏制作全流程与各环节要点，能独立判断需求合理性与制作环节问题； 3.具备配置表结构设计与配置提效实操经验，熟悉资源入库与配置规则； 4.深度熟悉 MMO 品类，熟悉王者IP，有 MMO 或大世界项目的外观资源经验； 5.逻辑清晰，善于拆解复杂问题、识别根因并推动体系化改进，对规则与细节有高标准； 6.有项目开荒期经验或 0 到 1 搭建资源管线经验者优先；熟悉 UE 等大型商业引擎、具备团队管理能力者优先。
