## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 独立完成高质量3D游戏特效，负责商业化特效设计和制作，与引擎TA配合制定特效相关材质效果、攻克各种技术难题，提升特效品质；
- 编写高质量的特效材质，结合后期效果处理，打造逼真的视觉体验；
- 与美术团队、程序团队紧密合作，确保特效与游戏其他模块的无缝衔接；
- 持续优化现有特效，根据项目需求调整和迭代，提升整体游戏品质；
- 配合程序完成性能优化，确保特效在不同机型上稳定运行。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握UE5引擎，具备丰富的3D游戏特效制作经验，尤其是射击类游戏；
- 熟悉特效材质编写，能够结合后期效果制作，提升特效的视觉表现；
- 具备扎实的美术基础，能够驾驭写实风格特效，理解光影、材质与物理规律；
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效配合其他部门完成项目目标；
- 对游戏特效有强烈的热情，关注行业前沿技术，持续学习并提升自身技能。
