## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 WeData 平台及大数据服务的稳定性保障、监控告警和故障处理；
- 优化任务调度、数据同步及计算存储性能，保障数据产出时效；
- 推进容量规划、资源利用率优化和成本治理；
- 建设自动化运维能力，完善发布变更、容灾及故障复盘机制。 Requirements 1.3年以上 SRE 或大数据运维经验，熟悉 Linux、网络及常见性能问题排查； 2.熟悉 Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka 等组件中的多项，有生产环境实践经验； 3.掌握 Python、Go、Java 中至少一种语言，具备 SQL 和自动化开发能力； 4.具备监控告警、应急响应和跨团队协作能力，适应值班安排；
- 有 WeData、同类数据开发平台或 Kubernetes 运维经验者优先。
