## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 配合主美制定游戏角色设计标杆，输出角色原画设计模版和规范；
- 参与具体角色设计任务，审核外包提交的角色设计稿，指导外包制作；
- 与研发上下游沟通和配合，使用引擎编辑器控制角色最终游戏效果。 Requirements
- 热爱游戏，了解欧美卡通文化，至少5年以上角色原画经验；
- 绘画基础扎实，色彩感觉敏锐，想象力丰富，具有较高的审美能力；
- 有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，有推进及解决问题的意识和能力；
- 具备协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强，能承受一定压力，保持学习精神；
- 熟练掌握sai、ps、blender或3D辅助软件等常用美术软件工具。
