## Job description

### Responsibilities

What the Role Entails
- 负责PUBGMOBILE国际赛事的策划与赛事执行工作，基于不同赛事基调及受众玩家属性进行策划及环节落地，包括但不限于赛事视觉、直转播执行方案、艺人表演方案等，保障核心赛事环节的呈现效果；
- 基于赛事落地效果，建立赛事观赏性指标及监测机制，根据用户反馈及赛事数据对各项指标调优，高效结合内外部团队共同提高赛事观赏性；
- 具备一定赛事策划能力，通过对赛程赛制的调优和玩法丰富等多维度进一步提升赛事整体的观赏性。 岗位要求 Who We Look For
- 本科及以上学历，3年电竞/游戏行业工作经验，有国内/海外大型电竞赛事全流程制作具备一定经验且负责过主要制作板块；
- 良好的用户洞察力，内容创意能力和视觉审美力强，敢于创新，善于捕捉和挖掘赛事热点，并与业务产品相结合，快速策划热点赛事内容；
- 良好的跨团队协作能力，具备较好的沟通协作能力，项目推动力和管理能力，抗压能力强，工作积极主动，有责任心，结果导向；能适应赛事出差节奏；
