## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导怪物角色及武器动作设计，重点针对射击、近战、闪避、技能释放等核心系统，确保动作设计与游戏玩法紧密结合；
- 协助策划与程序制定状态机及物理交互系统，优化动作流畅度与打击感反馈，提升游戏体验；
- 统筹动作团队的工作产出，制定并执行开发规范，推动动捕数据修复、动画分层、IK适配等关键技术的实施；
- 与程序、策划、特效团队紧密合作，设计创新动作机制，如环境互动、技能融合等，增强游戏的动作表现力；
- 把控整体动作风格，平衡写实与夸张的表现手法，确保动作设计与游戏世界观及角色设定高度契合。 Requirements
- 具备5年以上游戏动作设计经验，至少参与过1款完整的3A或高品质动作/射击类项目；
- 精通UE5动画系统，包括Motion Warping、Motion Matching、Control Rig、物理动画等，熟悉动作技术管线的优化流程；
- 对FPS/TPS战斗节奏、受击反馈、镜头运镜有深刻理解，能够通过动作设计提升玩家的操作沉浸感；
- 具备团队管理经验，擅长沟通与协作，能够快速定位并解决开发过程中的技术瓶颈。
