## Job description

### 资源体系规划与渠道建设
- 基于大模型数据生产业务（各垂直行业专业知识）中长期需求，制定专家资源整体拓展策略，拓展多元专家引入渠道，搭建可持续、可规模化的专家资源池，保障业务资源供给；

### 制度流程与激励体系搭建
- 牵头设计、迭代专家全链路合作机制，包含合作准入、采购标准、分级体系、激励与考核履约制度；平衡成本管控、专家体验、业务履约效率，提升专家留存率、活跃度，实现专家资源高效复用；

### 质量管控与风险治理
- 统筹专家资质审核、技能评估、分级评价、动态汰换全流程管理；对齐内部数据生产业务需求，建立专家质量标准与风险管控机制，保障输出质量匹配大模型业务标准，识别并处理合作过程中的各类风险；

### 团队与业务运营管理
- 带领专家运营团队开展专家引入、对接、关系维护、问题闭环等日常工作；统筹处理重大专家诉求、突发合作问题，持续迭代创新合作模式，保障业务稳定运转；

### 数据驱动业务迭代
- 搭建模块核心指标体系，复盘资源供给、成本、履约、质量等业务数据，输出业务分析报告；基于数据反向优化拓展策略、流程机制，持续提升资源供给效率与专家产出质量；

### 跨部门协同
- 联动数据生产、采购、法务等内部团队，对齐业务目标，推动专家合作相关项目落地，解决跨模块卡点。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3‑5 年专家运营、BD、人才生态相关工作经验，有团队管理 / 模块负责人经验；熟悉 AI 大模型数据生产业务，拥有行业专家资源者优先；
- 具备策略规划能力，能够结合业务现状输出资源拓展、制度体系建设方案，有从 0‑1 搭建专家 / 外部人才资源池经验优先；
- 优秀商务谈判、资源整合以及项目闭环能力，熟悉外部专家合作全流程，能够识别、预判并解决复杂合作风险与突发问题；
- 较强的数据思维，擅长通过指标复盘发现业务痛点，推动流程、机制优化；逻辑缜密，目标感强，具备良好成本意识；
- 具备团队管理能力，擅长目标拆解、任务跟进，协同意识强，能够对齐业务诉求推进跨团队协作，抗压能力强；
- 熟悉大模型数据标注 / 数据生产流程，有专家分级、履约管控体系搭建经验优先。
