## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 配合主美制定游戏特效风格，输出特效设计模板和规范；
- 参与具体特效设计任务，审核外包提交的特效资源，指导外包制作；
- 根据特效设计流程，参与游戏内特效效果审核；
- 积累和共享特效设计经验，编写课件并培养新人。 Requirements 1.3年以上特效设计工作经验； 2.有坚实的绘画能力，良好的色彩感以及想象力，能理解各种效果带来的感官体验； 3.掌握3dsmax/maya等其他软件； 4.熟练使用UE5引擎，并具有一定shader知识和优化经验；
- 拥有Houdini经验更佳；
- 热爱游戏，热爱游戏事业，对FPS游戏熟悉和热爱者优先。
