## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目中的角色、时装（皮肤）及相关配套道具的高品质原画设计，准确把握并延续项目现有的美术风格，并能够在既定框架内进行创意延展与视觉升级；
- 输出清晰、规范的角色三视图及细节拆解图。与3D建模、骨骼动作等下游环节紧密沟通，跟进资产制作，确保2D设计在游戏引擎中的最终完美还原；
- 有3d方面的技能和熟练掌握AI细化辅助，确保角色资源高品质产出。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏美术从业经验，有参与过FPS类在研项目者优先； 2.审美在线，对平面构成和立体构成有掌控力。有较强的手绘能力和自学能力； 3.关注行业技术更新，审美、设计思维、美术风格方向保持与业界同步；
- 有责任心，能承受较强的工作压力,具备良好的团队合作意识，推动设计的落地。
