## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 识别、筛选、评估、引入编剧的原创选题，主导重点原创选题的深度孵化开发；
- 整合行业专家资源服务于内容创作，自主研发选题，负责搭建、更新内容选题池。并且能够进行选题-编剧的精准匹配，全流程孵化优质内容；
- 评估选题/IP的系列化开发潜力，规划并支持长线系列项目的开发创作；
- 对动画市场进行分析调研，紧密跟踪行业趋势、创新模式，总结提炼内容创作方法论。 Requirements 1.5年以上影视内容策划、开发经验，精通剧本全流程管理。具备爆款项目操盘经验者优先； 2.资源整合能力强，特别在头部编剧、导演及跨领域资源方面。有编剧运营管理经验者优先； 3.深度理解IP及原创选题的系列化评估，能规划长线开发路径。理解构建可延展故事宇宙的逻辑与方法，有游戏世界观设计思维经验优先； 4.对动画内容行业有深刻洞察。具备总结提炼创作方法论的能力。有跨部门协作能力、抗压能力及结果导向意识。优秀的学习能力与创新思维，能快速适应行业动态。
