## Job description

### IP联动策略规划
- 基于用户画像与市场趋势，独立完成联动方向推导，形成可落地的跨界合作方案与节奏规划；

### 用户洞察与创意转化
- 持续追踪目标用户圈层动态与内容偏好，将洞察转化为联动创意方向，确保与用户情感共鸣高度契合；

### 海内外商务对接
- 主导国内外IP/品牌商务洽谈，覆盖授权谈判、权益设计、内容共创全流程，具备独立管理跨文化商务沟通与合同签订的能力；

### 联动宣发全链路执行
- 主导落地IP联动Campaign、跨界内容营销及KOL合作，对曝光、破圈效果、转化与口碑全面负责。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，3-5年游戏宣发/IP联动/BD运营经验，有主导完整联动项目落地经历，FPS/射击品类优先；
- 具备扎实的用户洞察能力，能从数据、社区舆情与内容趋势中提炼联动方向，理解用户的情感和文化；
- 有国内外IP/品牌商务对接经验，熟悉版权授权流程与跨文化沟通，海外资源丰富者优先；
- 创意判断力强，能识别并推动具备话题性与传播力的联动方向，有主导爆款联动案例者优先；
- 熟悉游戏宣发节奏，理解联动在发行期、版本期、长线活跃期中的不同角色与打法。
