## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微恐轻动作PVEVP大地图的关卡设计、节奏规划与体验交付；
- 主导地图分区、资源点位、AI压力、出入口动线、撤离点与对抗节奏的整体设计；
- 持续对局内数据、热力图、对抗频率、撤离成功率等数据进行分析并指导迭代；
- 与战斗、AI、系统、美术、音频等模块紧密协作，保证PVEVP关卡的对抗公平性与氛围沉浸感；
- 规划赛季化地图更新节奏，沉淀大地图设计方法论及外包协作标准。 Requirements
- 资深PVEVP/搜索撤离类大地图设计经验，至少主导过一款同类产品大地图从设计到上线的完整流程；
- 具备数据驱动的关卡调优能力，熟悉以热力图、胜率、对抗路径等数据指导设计迭代；
- 熟练使用UE编辑器、蓝图与相关场景工具，有 World Partition / 大世界分区经验者优先；
- 对动作/射击/生存恐怖/搜索撤离产品有深入研究，具备氛围化大地图的设计理念；
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通推动能力，能够在多模块协同中把控质量与进度。
