## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责建设公司级 Token 计量与度量体系，统一内外部模型口径，形成统一计费、统一配额、统一出口的经营机制； 2.将资源治理、供给管理、模型切换等策略产品化、平台化，与模型、业务、采购、风控、合规等团队协同落地。 Requirements
- 有平台产品、策略产品或资源调度类产品经验，能把抽象机制落地成可用的产品；
- 理解模型调用、推理成本、Token 消耗、模型网关与路由等核心概念；
- 结构化思考能力强，能把"多模型、多厂商、多云"的复杂问题抽象成清晰规则；
- 同时具备经营敏感度与工程约束意识，能在业务目标、技术可行性与成本之间取舍；
- 有跨团队推动复杂项目落地、协同多方利益相关者的能力。
