## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责使用UE5引擎进行3A射击端游的特效设计与制作，确保特效与游戏整体风格高度统一；
- 独立完成高质量3D游戏特效，包括但不限于技能特效、场景特效、武器特效等，提升游戏视觉表现力；
- 精通Niagara粒子系统，能够高效设计并优化复杂粒子效果，确保性能与效果的平衡；
- 编写高质量的特效材质，结合后期效果处理，打造逼真的视觉体验；
- 与美术团队、程序团队紧密合作，确保特效与游戏其他模块的无缝衔接；
- 持续优化现有特效，根据项目需求调整和迭代，提升整体游戏品质。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握UE5引擎，具备丰富的3D游戏特效制作经验，尤其是射击类游戏；
- 精通Niagara粒子系统，能够独立完成复杂粒子效果的创作与优化；
- 熟悉特效材质编写，能够结合后期效果制作，提升特效的视觉表现；
- 具备扎实的美术基础，能够驾驭写实风格特效，理解光影、材质与物理规律；
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效配合其他部门完成项目目标；
- 对游戏特效有强烈的热情，关注行业前沿技术，持续学习并提升自身技能。
