## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 服务于魔方工作室游戏产品的外宣CG动画的创意和导演工作；
- 需要独立对接品牌或产品侧的项目需求，并主导完成动画创意策划方案；
- 指导外部供应商推进动画创意的执行落地；
- 在游戏研发早期参与讨论，从营销创意和内容创意的角度给出建议。 Requirements
- 拥有一年以上影视或游戏相关行业的CG动画、三渲二、UE引擎动画（至少有一向专精）相关导演经验；
- 能通过文字剧本、分镜绘制、剪辑等方式呈现创意；
- 能对视听语言、画面layout、表演表现、剪辑节奏等动画制作流程有充分的把控能力；
- 有丰富的影视、游戏内容知识储备，熟悉精灵养成及开放世界类型游戏有深入了解；
- 拥有丰富的一线动画行业资源，能通过优秀的沟通能力和把控力，指导外部供应商产出高品质的创意内容。
