## Job description

### 测试数据复盘与差异化策略制定
- 深度参与产品全周期数据复盘，基于测试期买量数据、渠道数据、用户行为数据，独立推导宣发策略，形成有差异化竞争力的精准打法，驱动策略持续迭代升级；

### 用户洞察与爆款创意策划
- 深度洞察FPS射击+微恐品类核心用户心理与需求，结合游戏卖点产出爆款创意方向，独立策划落地宣发事件、大型Campaign、KOL合作及跨界联动，对宣发效果、转化与口碑全面负责；

### 资源统筹与跨部门协调
- 联动研发、运营、市场等多部门，统筹推进宣发全链路执行落地；沉淀宣发方法论，推动宣发体系化建设，拉通内外部资源实现宣发目标达成。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，5年及以上游戏宣发运营经验，有新品全链路宣发完整操盘经历，FPS/射击品类经验优先；
- 具备扎实的数据复盘能力，能独立建立分析框架，从数据中发现问题、制定策略、闭环验证，形成可持续迭代的差异化打法；
- 对游戏玩家有真实深度的洞察，能将用户心理与游戏卖点结合转化为爆款创意，有可量化数据成果的宣发案例者优先；
- 具备强跨部门统筹与资源协调能力，逻辑严密，以结果为导向，行业资源丰富者优先。
