## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责车机地图产品整体规划与战略制定，推动产品向AI 驱动的智能出行空间升级；
- 带领产品团队完成需求定义、方案设计、版本迭代全流程管理，建立规范的产品方法论与评审机制；
- 主导与车企 OEM、Tier1 伙伴的合作对接，将腾讯地图能力适配到不同车型的座舱环境中；
- 负责核心体验打磨（导航、语音交互、HUD 等），建立数据驱动的体验度量体系；探索 AI 大模型在车载场景的应用（智能语音助手、场景化推荐、意图识别等）；
- 推动 ToB 商业化落地，协调跨部门资源，关注竞品动态并输出行业洞察。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，8 年以上产品经验，其中 3 年以上车机/车载/智能座舱产品经验；
- 对 LBS 领域有深刻理解，了解大语言模型 / 多模态 AI 在车载场景的应用（智能语音、意图识别、个性化推荐等），有 AI 功能从 0 到 1 落地经验者；
- 有主流车企或头部车载供应商合作经验优先；了解 Android Automotive / QNX / HarmonyOS 等车载 OS优先；有ADAS/高精地图相关经验者优先；
- 具备 ToB 商业化产品经验，理解 SaaS 定制、API 能力输出、按量计费等商业模式，有从 0 到 1 搭建商业化体系或达成千万级营收的经验；
- 能独立判断行业趋势，识别商业化机会并转化为可执行的产品策略，具备出色的跨组织协同力、抗压性与结果导向。
