## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定多产品增长战略，明确 PLG 与销售驱动的分工边界，搭建北极星指标与全链路数据看板，完成预算分配与取舍决策；
- 主导多站点技术 SEO（多语言、站点架构、结构化数据）与 GEO，提升产品在 AI 搜索中的被引用率；搭建面向 toB 决策链的内容矩阵；
- 负责渠道的策略与预算管理，将产品分层投放，核算渠道级 CAC 与回收周期；
- 与产品、研发共同优化注册到首次成功调用的自助路径，优化 Onboarding、文档体验与定价页。建立 PQL 打分模型，打通与销售、FDE 的线索交接流程；
- 建立埋点归因体系，推进 A/B 与增长实验，定期输出增长复盘。 Requirements 1.5 年以上海外市场增长经验，其中 3 年以上在 B2B SaaS 或 API/SDK 类产品，有主导 PLG 从 0 到 1 或 1 到 10 的完整经历； 2.有 eKYC、风控、支付、金融科技或生物识别行业背景，有 PLG 与销售驱动混合模式的落地经验； 3.能独立搭建增长模型、定义指标体系、完成资源取舍，并拆解为可执行的季度计划，有多产品矩阵下沉淀可复用增长 Playbook 的经验； 4.具备扎实的技术SEO与多语言站点经验，对GEO及AI搜索带来的获客变化有实践和判断； 5.熟练使用 GA4、Search Console、Ahrefs/Semrush、Amplitude/Mixpanel。并具备基础 SQL撰写能力，独立取数出结论；
