## Job description

### 核心特效制作
- 负责游戏内局内战斗特效或过场演出特效的设计与制作，并能根据反馈进行修改优化；

### 外包跟进与沟通
- 协助管理外包资源的制作进度，负责日常沟通与初步的质量反馈，确保外包效果符合项目基本要求；

### 跨部门配合落地
- 与策划、程序同事配合，跟进特效在游戏引擎内的最终效果实现，协助解决基础的表现力问题。 Requirements 1.3-5年游戏或影视特效相关从业经验，熟练掌握特效基础原理与制作流程，具备一定的美术审美能力和节奏感； 2.对战斗打击感有基础认知，能通过特效辅助提升操作反馈，或对镜头、构图有基本感知，能配合需求制作出有氛围感的演出特效； 3.工作主动，责任心强，乐于沟通与协作，对特效技术有学习兴趣，愿意接触行业新工具或表现手法。
