## Job description

### 负责定制游戏业务，对接外部研发厂商，以PM标准统筹版本全生命周期
- 制定里程碑、把控研发进度、确保按时交付，并主导版本质量验收；
- 对接发行团队，了解发行计划与节点，审核方案合理性与可落地性，确保发行与研发节奏协同。在IP授权及政策合规方面提供全流程支持，保障项目平稳推进；
- 负责腾讯视频内单项目发行策略，重点结合内容播放场景定制创新发行方案，推动产品能力落地，提升生态内发行效率与用户转化；

### 全局把控项目安全
- 美术层面确保IP高度还原与品牌调性；政策层面前置内容合规性，规避红线与舆论风险。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏研发/发行经验，有IP游戏运营或PM经验者优先，熟悉研发及发行全链路；
- 良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动决策，涵盖版本质量追踪、发行归因、用户行为分析等，可独立输出报告并推动优化；
- 出色的跨部门跨公司协作能力，高效协调多方资源，在复杂环境中推进项目落地；
- 抗压性强，能应对多项目并行；安全意识突出，对IP保护、合规红线高度敏感；逻辑灵活，擅长复杂问题拆解。
