## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据游戏设定，进行角色的设计和落地全流程工作。并且后续能作为管线组长带动制作管线的运转；
- 参与推动战斗核心内容的品质拔高，包含但不限于手感、打击感、战斗演出等内容；
- 根据战斗设定，从可玩性和战斗数值体验节奏的角度，参与设计和优化多角色配队玩法；
- 能掌握UE5引擎的相关制作流程，并且可以demo的形式，进行一些战斗玩法的敏捷验证；
- 对在游戏内落地的工作进行测试、优化和改进调整，能对产出的内容有较高的品质意识。 Requirements
- 有完整ARPG或ACT或相关手游项目开发经验，至少3年以上战斗模块工作经验(次时代游戏开发经验者优先)，能够独立负责主角、怪物等的设计及制作全流程；
- 有丰富的游戏经历，深入体验及研究过1款以上大型ARPG游戏，有丰富的动作类游戏深入体验者额外加分；
- 具备一定的数值理解能力和美术审美，能够深挖战斗模块相关表现设计。熟悉Unreal引擎及相关设计工具、制作流程者优先；
- 有耐心易交流，具有匠心精神，能够承担一定的压力。
