## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责元梦之星手游中3D角色的建模、贴图及材质制作，确保角色视觉效果符合项目风格；
- 根据角色设计稿，精准还原角色造型、比例及细节，保证角色模型的质量与表现力；
- 深入理解并实现时尚类材质的表现，如布料、皮革、金属等，确保材质质感与角色整体风格一致；
- 与原画、动画及技术团队紧密合作，优化角色模型结构，提升渲染效率与游戏性能；
- 参与角色风格的讨论与制定，持续优化角色美术品质，确保与项目整体美术风格高度统一。 Requirements
- 具备2年以上3D角色建模相关工作经验，有完整的风格化项目经验优先；
- 熟练掌握Maya、ZBrush、Substance Painter等3D建模与贴图软件，熟悉美术制作全流程；
- 对时尚类材质（如服装、配饰等）的表达有敏感的理解，能准确还原不同材质的光影与触感；
- 对风格化角色造型有深刻认知，能够根据不同风格需求灵活调整角色设计；
- 具备良好的审美能力与美术基础，对角色设计有独到见解，能主动提出优化建议；
- 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力并按时完成任务。
