## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与游戏产品关键节点的宣发视觉创意方案，并主导版本KV、卖点图等平面视觉包装设计工作；
- 根据产品整体美术调性、及不同版本内容及玩法，输出品牌视觉规范手册；
- 根据BD/IP合作的内容，产出核心平面素材创意及物料；
- 运用自己的实践经验，指导合作伙伴高质量产出宣发物料。 Requirements 1.3年及以上游戏视觉设计从业经验，对休闲竞技品类及微恐题材有浓厚兴趣，对相应的美术风格或相关项目有经验者优先； 2.对三维渲染、手绘插画、平面构成、等不同艺术表现形式都有强烈的热爱，熟悉制作流程，具备基础的审美与制作把控能力； 3.在游戏产品不同阶段，能针对产品卖点，输出有效的视觉创意方案，并可根据创意方案高质量的完成宣发物料制作； 4.熟练掌握视觉设计相关二维及三维软件，熟悉角色及场景的三维渲染表现；
- 有良好的项目推动及把控能力，沟通能力强，能与不同岗位合作伙伴共同推进项目，达成最终目标。
