## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏动效设计，根据游戏产品的动态视觉风格，设计具有创意的界面动效；
- 负责动效的实现效果与性能分析，平衡两者关系保证设计品质；
- 与研发团队合作，跟进设计效果最终在产品中的实现，保证设计效果实现的一致性。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏动效设计经验，具备丰富的创新能力和设计经验，有较强的设计功底和素养，动画、游戏特效、影视等设计类相关专业优先； 2.爱好学习新的软件技术，能及时洞察到行业的设计动向，有较强的学习能力，主动研究与学习新技术运用到工作中； 3.善于沟通与传达，有责任心，热爱游戏，追求设计品质；

### 熟练掌握AE (但不限于)及以下软件中的一种或多种
- flash、3DMax、U3D。
