## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据不同地区市场与平台受众进行选品与合作引入；
- 制定IAA/IAP小游戏在多海外平台上的获量方案，提升新进/活跃/LTV；
- 协同内外部合作方，定位游戏适配性、导量策略、转化链路等环节问题， 并协同落地提升策略。 Requirements
- 三年以上海外游戏或海外平台相关经验；
- 热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，能站在游戏用户视角理解现象；
- 擅长沟通协作，有厂商/开发者资源或合作经验加分；
- 具备英文沟通能力，有海外留学/生活/工作背景加分。
