## Job description

### 分层框架设计
- 划分系统分层与接口契约，定义各模块的责任边界；

### 多Agent 编排
- 设计任务分解、调度与结果聚合机制，保障长任务的稳定性与可控性；

### 记忆与上下文压缩
- 设计记忆结构与压缩策略，在信息保真与成本之间取得平衡；

### 统一工具体系
- 制定工具接入与治理规范，建设统一的能力接入契约层；

### 端内渲染对接
- 定义 Agent 输出到端内渲染的契约与降级方案；

### 可观测性
- 建立 trace 与评估体系，让系统行为可追踪、可归因；

### 演进与决策
- 制定技术演进路线，主持架构评审，对关键架构决策负责。 Requirements
- 有生产级 LLM / Agent 系统 0→1 架构落地经验；
- 熟悉主流 Agent 框架的设计与取舍，理解框架边界而非只会调用；
- 对上下文工程有体系化认知；
- 优秀的跨团队技术沟通与决策能力。
