## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目的特性组管理，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作；
- 主导、组织特性组内的规划/计划制定，负责计划拆解落地、范围控制、进度跟踪、风险监控，确保项目按计划完成；
- 负责特性组人力、时间的合理安排及协调，组织各项需求评审会及例会，与团队紧密沟通、确保项目有效推进；
- 负责需求开发、bug修复的有效推进，确保里程碑内容保质保量交付；
- 主导进行特性机制/管理规范的持续优化和落地，确保项目管理机制的持续改进和迭代。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业，2年以上游戏项目管理经验，有特性PM经验者优先；
- 熟悉软件项目过程管理，对敏捷项目管理有实际应用经验及理解；
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能够建立良好的团队氛围；
- 具有较强的风险意识，能够很好地识别项目风险，并做好风险应对；
- 具有较强的执行力，推动团队向目标前进，善于归纳总结，能够推动团队效率不断提升。
