## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 独立负责IAP小游戏全生命周期运营，制定并落地运营策略；
- 负责小游戏产品调优，针对游戏功能和系统制定优化方案，并与项目研发沟通协调，跟进产品进度和计划，达成项目目标；
- 监控并分析产品运营相关数据，需要有专业的数据逻辑进行游戏数据分析，同时实时了解和分析掌握玩家动态，把握市场热点，针对产品特点制定运营规划；
- 熟悉小游戏生态规则和行业趋势，能根据小游戏用户特性，制定基于平台用户属性的用户运营方案。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有成熟小游戏项目或厂商运营经验，对小游戏平台有一定了解，熟悉平台能力及广告投放者优先；
- 具备优秀的小游戏运营思维和数据敏感度，能根据运营数据情况，联动合作团队，调整运营策略，完成运营目标；
- 沟通协调能力强，合作意识强，抗压能力强，有优秀的自我驱动力及主动能力；
- 热爱游戏，涉猎多品类IAP小游戏，包括但不限于塔防、卡牌、放置数值、模拟经营等；
- 擅长AI工具助力运营提效者优先。
