## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责IT建设相关项目的整体管理与统筹，协调内外部资源，精准理解业务需求并制定项目方向，推动项目高效落地；
- 规划项目执行路径，建立跨团队协作机制，全程把控项目进度、识别潜在风险并及时预警，优化资源配置以解决项目推进中的问题；
- 主导项目复盘与经验总结，沉淀有效方法论；分析团队需求，制定并持续优化工作流程；
- 推动将人工推进的事务通过工具实现标准化、流程化，提升团队整体工作效率与交付质量。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉项目全生命周期管理流程，掌握敏捷项目管理理论基础；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，性格乐观开朗，能主动传递正能量并带动团队氛围；
- 对项目管理岗位有清晰的职业定位与发展规划，愿意在该领域长期深耕；
- 具备较强的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力，能够独立思考并推动复杂事项的落地执行。
