## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 围绕产品活跃目标达成，制定整体活跃运营策略及大型活跃/品牌节点的端内体验规划；
- 设计并执行针对不同用户群体的活跃度提升方案，通过数据分析和效果评估不断进行优化和调整；
- 独立负责运营活动/系统的方案制定、开发跟进及落地分析复盘，确保活动按时高质量上线，并对用户活跃、活动满意度等指标负责；
- 建立活动数据监控体系，通过用户反馈持续优化活动设计，输出可复用的方法论。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏行业经验，对游戏活跃运营，活动系统设计、数值体验设计有丰富的经验；有海外游戏运营经验者优先； 2.具有与研发各模块对接合作的经验，成功设计过兼具创意与功能性的活动、系统者优先； 3.学习能力强，对新鲜事物有好奇心，有较强的逻辑思考能力，善于洞察本质； 4.有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，能敏感地发现问题，并推动问题解决；
- 有较强的数据敏锐性，能够做到基于产品数据目标的拆分和预估；
- 外语能力优秀者优先。
