## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信商业化策略制定与执行，包括SaaS和AI的商业模式设计及优化等；
- 深入开展市场研究，分析SaaS和AI的行业趋势、客户需求及市场机会，为产品商业化提供洞察和支撑；
- 持续追踪竞品动态，分析竞品定价策略、功能迭代及市场表现；
- 定期评估商业化效果，分析优化策略，提升产品盈利能力。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网/SaaS/AI领域商业化相关工作经验；
- 具备敏锐的商业洞察力，能够快速理解行业动态并转化为商业化策略；
- 熟练掌握市场研究方法，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立输出高质量分析报告；
- 优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够推动多方合作达成目标；
- 结果导向，适应快节奏工作环境。
