## Job description

### 多阵地社区体系化运营
- 统筹官号、微社区、游戏助手等不同社区阵地，系统规划各阵地定位与运营策略，形成差异化的社区运营矩阵，打造活跃健康的玩家社区氛围；

### 玩家洞察与内容爆款产出
- 深度理解玩家底层文化与核心诉求，结合平台网感策划高传播社区内容与互动活动，产出爆款社区内容，有效提升用户参与感与社区活跃度；

### 社区生态维护与用户精细化运营
- 监控舆情风险，高效处理玩家反馈，搭建核心玩家与社区达人管理体系，通过精细化运营提升用户粘性与长线留存。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，5年及以上游戏社区运营经验，有官号、微社区、游戏助手等多阵地系统化运营经验，FPS品类经验优先；
- 对玩家底层文化与社群诉求有充分理解，能将玩家语言与文化转化为有效的社区运营动作；
- 内容能力强，有网感，能独立产出爆款社区内容，具备活动策划、舆情处理与核心用户管理能力；
- 逻辑清晰，用户服务意识强，热爱枪战游戏，了解微恐题材玩家文化，行业资源丰富者优先。
