## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大模型后训练数据质检体系建设，包括质量问题发现与分析，质检算子迭代、质量标准优化，持续提升数据质量，助力混元效果提升；
- 建设人机协同的质检、复核、归因与回归pipeline，协助内部高难专家数据标注提效提质，完善数据质量管理流程；
- 推动质检结果反哺数据生产和全链路优化，与模型业务团队紧密配合，形成持续迭代的数据质量闭环，支持模型持续迭代。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，LLM背景优先；
- 动手能力强，能熟练使用Agent及AI coding工具高效完成工作，模型数据处理经验丰富，具备优秀的独立开发与分析调研能力；
- 对大语言模型全链路有深入理解，对数据敏感具备较强的数据洞察与分析能力；
- 具备良好的团队协作能力，具备强烈的自我驱动力，能够独立完成系统分析与优化，落地大模型应用。
