## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内的商业化相关系统&功能设计与开发跟进；
- 负责游戏内商业化资源的规划、设计与运营同学协作确定售卖方式和节奏；
- 负责商业化效果评估/复盘，根据数据反馈灵活调整规划、设计与生产；
- 负责游戏内商业化资源的分级，价值设定；
- 挖掘商业化维度，探索商业化形式。 Requirements 1.3年以上商业化/系统策划经验，熟悉市面上女性向产品各种商业化系统设计，能独立制订框架并贯彻落地； 2.有完整的女性向/模拟经营项目开发及上线经验优先； 3.有较强的商业化资源品鉴能力，较强的共情能力； 4.了解女性市场用户心理，能针对当前市场环境结合游戏设计预期，进行商业化内容的规划； 5.责任心强，有良好的团队沟通协作能力和分析能力。
