## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入支付、信贷等金融科技核心业务场景，通过数据分析诊断业务问题，构建分析框架，评估运营效果，并为管理层提供可落地的业务增长策略和决策支持；
- 基于对宏观经济、行业趋势及内部业务数据的理解，进行业务发展预测，挖掘潜在的业务增长点或风险点，输出高质量的分析报告或战略建议白皮书；
- 持续跟踪金融科技行业动态、竞争对手策略及监管政策变化，结合内部数据进行对标分析，保持公司在业务创新和风险控制上的领先性。 Requirements 1.

### 教育背景

国内外知名院校本科及以上学历； 2.2年以上咨询公司/金融科技行业分析经验，对支付、信贷、风控等金融科技核心业务有深刻理解者优先； 3.具备将复杂的业务问题转化为分析框架的能力，能够独立完成从假设驱动、数据验证到结论呈现的全流程； 4.良好的沟通和协作能力，自驱力强。
