## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 五年以上大型中重度游戏项目数值策划经验，一年以上线上运营产品数值策划经验，可以独立完成游戏数值框架搭建和长线维护；
- 热爱游戏，竞技游戏重度用户，深入了解《金铲铲之战》及其他头部竞技类游戏；
- 数值经验丰富，对数值对抗类型游戏的养成框架设计、数值与战斗、体验的结合、长线养成目标建设，有深入的理解和成熟的方法论；
- 思维灵活，乐于和善于接受挑战性任务，并在新领域实践自己的设计理解；
- 传统数值卡牌游戏深入理解，CCG/TCG游戏深入理解加分，英语精通加分。 Requirements
- 负责《金铲铲之战》的玩法、系统等长线内容的数值规划和数值设计；
- 通过梳理过往系统数值与用户体验并进行刷新，为《金铲铲之战》现有和未来用户，建立清晰的用户数值体验目标和体验路径；
- 深入数值细节，通过面向线上运营数据的持续迭代，不断提升用户体验及产品留存表现。
