## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责产品全生命周期运营管理，制定并执行产品运营策略，对流水负责；
- 深度分析用户行为数据，挖掘用户需求，通过数据驱动优化产品；
- 主导产品创新玩法迭代与优化，与研发紧密合作。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏运营经验，有成功项目案例优先；
- 具备扎实的用户洞察力，对用户需求敏感；
- 具备扎实的产品策划能力，擅长创新玩法的迭代优化；
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效推动多方协作落地。
