## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责卡牌类产品的整体方向规划，主导核心玩法、卡牌世界观及数值体系的设计与持续优化，确保内容质量与长期可玩性；
- 从0-1带领策划团队完成各模块方案的设计与落地，并根据测试持续迭代优化玩法；
- 深度参与跨团队协作，与美术、测试、运营等部门密切配合，确保策划方案高效、高质地实现；
- 与外部合作方保持紧密沟通，在策划方向及落地细节上达成共识，保障项目顺利推进；
- 持续关注卡牌CCG品类与TCG品类的市场动态与竞品动向，从策划与研发角度进行专业分析，为团队提供有效参考和启发。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上卡牌类策划相关工作经验，有完整项目经验者优先；
- 对TCG卡牌品类有深刻理解，具备相关游戏IP品类的大DAU产品的卡牌策划经验者优先考虑；
- 熟悉TCG与CCG卡牌开发全流程，具备从策划、设计，卡牌等级规划、落地的全链路推动能力，能够独立负责模块并协调资源达成目标；
- 熟悉TCG与CCG卡牌类下沉链路，具备工艺，生产，销售渠道等把控能力，了解制作成本划分；
- 在原IP世界观基础上，拓展卡牌类产品独立世界观。
