## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 目前项目处于前期设计探索阶段，关键字是【动作射击、公平PVP】，新同学加入后短期内都会安排参与核心玩法设计，因此对游戏阅历、行业专业性、创作热情、学习能力等方面要求较高。

### 项目顺利推进后，预期在后续工作主要需要承担如下工作内容

；
- 常规游戏 AI bot 行为设计与落地，包括 PVP 假人和 PVE 怪物等；
- 搭建 AI 工作流与研发提效体系；
- 探索生成式 AI 创新玩法。 Requirements
- 游戏阅历丰富，对射击品类有深入理解；
- 对"做一款属于当代中国的游戏"有强烈热情与表达欲；
- 对达成共识的目标能报以信念，积极乐观，能在不确定性中灵活转变思路、快速迭代；
- 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，有责任心；
- 善于学习和使用生成式 AI 工具；
- 有游戏 AI bot 或生成式 AI 产品设计落地经验者优先；
- 技术动手能力强，能埋头搭工具链、跑通流程与 AI 行为逻辑，而非只做概念设计。
