## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目资源的协调与组织，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作；
- 挖掘整理内外部的产品需求，应用至内部产品；
- 负责项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，确保项目按计划完成；
- 负责组织项目各项评审会议及项目例会；
- 制定并推广项目流程规范，确保项目有序推进；
- 及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险；
- 负责团队的敏捷改造和持续集成建设。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，五年以上工作经验；
- 对互联网开发过程管理、敏捷项目管理有一定的认识及实践经验；
- 能够及时地跟进项目进度、管理项目风险，及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题；
- 具有良好的执行力和责任心，能主动积极推动项目团队朝目标前进；
- 具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力、文档撰写能力及各类报告处理能力；
- 有项目管理相关工作经验、游戏开发管理经验优先。
