## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯版皇室战争游戏版本前期的美术风格定位，主导产品宣发视觉风格的制定与执行；
- 根据Art Direction方向梳理，独立完成品牌视觉规范手册的制定与输出；
- 针对游戏产品在不同宣发阶段的需求，提供精准的视觉创意策略，并完成创意KV、KA、卖点图等核心视觉设计内容；
- 指导外部供应商或内部团队，确保宣发物料的高质量产出，保证视觉呈现符合品牌调性与市场传播需求；
- 与产品、运营、市场等多部门紧密协作，确保视觉设计与整体营销策略高度统一。 Requirements
- 拥有3年以上游戏行业美宣视觉设计相关经验，对Supercell及皇室战争有深入了解，有欧美卡通风格研究经验或相关项目经历优先；
- 具备成熟的品牌设计项目落地经验，对品牌视觉体系构建有深入理解与实操能力；
- 能根据游戏产品特性与不同推广阶段，提出具有吸引力和传播力的视觉创意方案，并能高效完成相关设计执行；
- 熟练掌握Photoshop等二维设计工具，具备优秀的视觉表现能力；
- 具备国际化审美视野，有海外游戏项目经验或熟悉全球玩家审美趋势者优先；
- 拥有良好的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能够协同策划、运营、技术等多方资源，保障项目按时高质量交付；
- 对AI辅助设计流程有一定实践经验，具备积极学习新技术与新工具的态度。
