## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内某核心体验的规划、设计、跟进、优化，不断打磨玩法品质；
- 负责协调开发、美术、测试，确保玩法体验顺利开发；
- 掌握数据分析、用户调研方法，对玩法体验的持续改进、优化。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏行业工作经验，主导过至少1款RPG游戏（不限平台）的核心系统设计工作； 2.本科及以上学历； 3.熟练使用 CC、Cursor 等大模型开发工具者优先；负责或主导过 LLM 特性者优先；
- 对行为树、蓝图、脚本有使用、落地、改造经验者优先；
- 资深游戏用户，对RPG游戏有强烈兴趣；
- 逻辑思维能力强，擅长分析；能够对所负责的体验和系统进行持续优化；
- 工作态度积极主动、服从管理、独立思考、沟通良好、团队合作意识强；
- 有内容向体验制作经验者优先，有编码能力者优先；
- 有成功上线案例者优先。
