## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责知识号内容的搜推策略制定与落地，覆盖知识号广场推荐、搜索、知识库问答等核心场景，提升知识号内容的曝光、订阅及有效问答引用；
- 推动知识号内容理解能力建设，包括内容质量评估、分类与标签体系等；
- 深度理解用户发现知识号的需求与路径，并有效洞察知识号创作者的流量及转化诉求，设计有效的推荐策略保障分发效率，生态健康及用户体验；
- 搭建知识号内容分发的评估体系，完成不同策略的效果验证并持续优化。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业优先,3年以上搜推或内容分发策略产品经验；
- 深入理解搜推机制和底层技术逻辑，熟悉内容理解、召回排序等环节，有大模型、RAG相关项目经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，能熟练运用SQL等工具，通过数据发现问题和机会并推动策略迭代；
- 对内容有鉴赏和判断力，对创作者生态有深度理解，能平衡平台、用户、创作者设计可持续的分发机制；
- 自驱力强，结果导向。
